All payments to Destinations R Us LLC DBA Vacations by Natashia are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because Destinations R Us LLC DBA Vacations by Natashia has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines, and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain refunds. This way, we can keep our package prices competitive and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation.

5. Chargebacks

Before filing a dispute with your bank, call Destinations R Us LLC d/b/a/ Vacations by Natashia at 804-988-7411 or contact us via email at natashia@vacationsbynatashia.com to discuss account resolution. Filing chargebacks could result in your reservation being cancelled and may prevent future travel with Destinations R Us LLC DBA Vacations by Natashia.
You shall be completely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments arising out of your travel bookings through CRUISE PLANNERS/VACATIONS BY NATASHIA. By submitting a credit card authorization form to CRUISE PLANNERS/VACATIONS BY NATASHIA, you agree to allow CRUISE PLANNERS/VACATIONS BY NATASHIA to use your payment method to purchase travel products from our Suppliers on your behalf.
EXCEPTING IN CASES 0F FRAUD, YOU AGREE NOT T0 FILE ANY DISPUTE WITH YOUR BANK OR CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO AVOID OR VIOLATE ANY BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CRUISE PLANNERS/VACATIONS BY NATASHIA OR ITS SUPPLIERS, INCLUDING CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES OF ITINERARY OR ARRANGEMENTS FOR REASONS BEYOND THE CONTROL OF CRUISE PLANNERS/VACATIONS BY NATASHIA OR ITS SUPPLIERS. IF YOU ATTEMPT TO CHARGEBACK, REVERSE OR RECOLLECT A PREVIOUSLY AUTHORIZED TRIP PAYMENT, CRUISE PLANNERS/VACATIONS BY NATASHIA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO COLLECT ALL ADDITIONAL COSTS, FEES AND EXPENSES ASSOCIATED WITH SUCH CHARGEBACK, REVERSAL OR RECOLLECTION, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ATTORNEY FEES.

Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse. Therefore, we highly recommend Travel Insurance that provides coverage for Trip Cancellation, Interruption, Baggage Loss, and more. You are required to select and purchase travel insurance yourself for domestic and international tours.
